Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Once you click 'confirm' your order begins to process and you cannot make any further changes. We are not able to combine orders or change sizes. If you are unhappy with your order once it arrives you may exchange it for another product or store credit (valid for 3 months). 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping is usually delivered within 5-7 working days but may take longer depending on your location. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. 

I have entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately - if we haven't yet shipped your order we may be able to amend the delivery address.

I live in another country. Do you ship internationally? 

At this stage we do not offer international shipping but please email us for a quote, we are always happy to help where we can. 

I have seen an item in store that I wish to purchase but I can't find it online anywhere?

We have such a large array of products that we are unable to put everything online! Please email us at jen@bebeboutique.net.au and we will see if we can find it for you. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Applepay. 

How many retail stores do you have?

Just the one beautiful bricks & mortar store on lovely Napoleon Street, Cottesloe, Western Australia.

The product I want is sold out. Can you order it in?

This will depend on the specific product you are looking for. Please send an email enquiry to jen@bebeboutique.net.au, include the product details and size (if relevant) and we will get back to you with an answer ASAP. 

My purchase is a gift - can you wrap it?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for most of our products, excluding heavy/bulky items. If you would like your order gift wrapped please place a request in the notes section or email us!
