Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, once you click 'confirm' your order embarks on a process which cannot be cancelled, combined or altered. If upon receiving your item(s) you still wish to make changes send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist with the returns process. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping is generally delivered within 5-7 working days but may take longer depending on your location. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

I have entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately - if we haven't yet shipped your order we may be able to amend the address.

I live in another country. Do you ship internationally? 

We don't currently have international shipping enabled on our website but please email us for a quote, we're always happy to help if we can. 

I have seen an item in your store that I wish to purchase but I can't find it online anywhere?

There are many items in store that, despite best efforts, never make it online. Please phone or email us with your query and together we will work it out. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex 

How many retail stores do you have?

Just the one beautiful bricks & mortar store on lovely Napoleon Street.

The product I want is sold out. Can you order it in for me?

This depends on the specific product. Some brands hold excess stock and others don't - send an enquiry to jen@bebeboutique.net.au with some product details and we'll do our best

My purchase is a gift - can you wrap it?

Absolutely! We offer gift wrapping on most purchases, excluding heavy and/or bulky items. If you would like your order wrapped, please send us an email.

How long does my gift voucher last?

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase
